Training Camps are perfect for raising your intensity level. When athletes train in a group, they can train harder than alone because the "suffer factor" is easier to embrace--maybe even fun. In addition, groups receive short, inspirational lectures. These talks can last from 15 to 30 minutes and we explore climbing concepts in more detail. Bouldering & Boards
The Bouldering & Boards Training Camp zeros in on improving your bouldering skills: power, precision, dynamic movement, mantling, and more. These skills will also boost your abilities to tackle hard and powerful sections of longer routes. The camp will include bouldering, exercises on a hang board and a systems board, additional fitness work, and 1 hour of classroom work. This half-day training camp lasts 4 hours.

The Sharp End
The Sharp End Training Camp helps climbers who like to tie in improve their performance with technique and confidence. Our training sequence will include roped climbing, related fitness exercises, and possibly some systems board work. We will also spend one hour in the classroom. This half-day training camp lasts 4 hours.

Youth Training Camp
This Training Camp gets young athletes excited to try hard and train the way elite climbers train, but in a program designed especially for junior crushers. Training routines will include bouldering, roped climbing, hang board and systems board work, additional fitness routines, and 4 hours of classroom work. This longer training camp is comprised of 2 sessions, and each session lasts 3.5 hours.
