All programs are 1 month long before we change of the focus of the training cycle. I have two start dates which are either the 1st or 15th of each month. I have a workflow when it comes to building programs. I rarely crank out a program for a last minute sign up. I suggest reaching out a month before your ideal start time.
I tend to be sold out but if you reach out via email I’ll place you on possible roster for last minute programs. I only build ‘X’ number of custom programs each month. But, I encourage athletes to take breaks from training when their body needs a break or life gets busy. I highly recommend reaching out via email.
