My minimum time is 1 hour but 1.5 hours is most often the ideal amount of time for a highly functional session. If you are a strong climber and traveling from out of state a 2+ hour session might be best.
Once a week is typically too often. You need enough time to practice what we covered in the previous session before working together again. With some athletes this might be once every 3 months or it could be every two weeks. Its best if we talk it through after the first session because everyone is unique.
Yes, I do recommend 2 to 3 days of coaching to justify a trip like this. Day 1 we have a 2-3 hour session then Days 2 & 3 are 1.5 to 2 hours.
Not very often do I work weekends but with enough notice I can make it happen for traveling athletes or students.
